WHICH SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?

In the BURELA BOLD and BURELA SLIM collections, we recommend that you order your usual size.

For STADION collection, we recommend that you order your usual size. If you are unsure between two sizes, choose the biggest.

In the HAMPTON COURT collection, we recommend that you order your usual size.

For the models in RETRO 86s collections, we recommend that you order your usual size. If you are unsure between two sizes, choose the biggest.

Remember that each collection fits differently! Please refer to the product page of the item you want for size recommendations.

CAN I RETURN THE PRODUCTS PURCHASED?

Yes, once you receive the order, you will have 30 days to request a return. After requesting the return, you will have 30 days to send the package. The products must be in perfect condition, unused, with the tags and in their original packaging. Please make sure to use an additional box to place the shoebox inside it to protect it during shipping.

The shipping cost will be borne by the customer, as well as any additional costs that may arise due to customs fees. Any additional costs not covered will be deducted from the refund amount.

CAN I MAKE AN EXCHANGE?

Yes, you will be able to make the first exchange free of charge. Once you receive the order, you will have 30 days to request the exchange. You can exchange the shoes for a different size or a different model of equal or lesser value.

After requesting the exchange, you will have 30 days to send the package using the provided free return label. WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

We offer worldwide shipping. If your country is on the list of destinations we ship to, the website will automatically load the version corresponding to your country. From the footer area, you can access the selector to change the destination country.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

In the Peninsula (Spain and Portugal) and the Balearic Islands, you will receive your order within 1 to 3 business days.

Shipments to Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Ireland, the United States, and Canada will be delivered between 3 and 5 business days.

For the United Kingdom, Denmark, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Greece, and Hungary, orders will be delivered within 7 to 10 business days.

For the rest of the countries, the delivery time may vary depending on the destination. Orders should be delivered within 2 to 10 business days.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, customs, or other unforeseen factors.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with the tracking number to know the whereabouts of your order at all times. If you encounter any issues while tracking your shipment, you can contact our Customer Service Department.

HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country.

For Germany, United Kingdom, United States, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, the Netherlands, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, the Czech Republic, Romania, Sweden, and Switzerland, shipping is free.

DOES THE SHIPPING COST INCLUDE COSTS AND CUSTOMS FEES?

Orders destined for countries within the European Union are exempt from paying customs duties and fees.

Orders destined for the United Kingdom and the United States include prepaid customs duties and fees in the order amount.

For other applicable destinations, you will have the option to choose DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) or DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid).

Please note that if you select DDU, you will be responsible for paying all costs and fees that may arise from shipping the goods. The shipping company may withhold the package until these costs and fees are paid.

For international orders, different payment methods are accepted based on the shipping country.

Orders with shipping to Spain can be paid through debit/credit cards (American Express, Visa, Mastercard, etc.) and via PayPal.
